This policy explains how we process the personal data of visitors to the www.linea-d.sk website and of our customers, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection.

When you contact us by e-mail or by phone, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message for the purpose of handling your enquiry and communicating with you prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to messages (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
When you place an order or purchase furniture, we process the data necessary for the performance of the contract, delivery of the goods and issuing of tax documents (Article 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Accounting records are retained for the period laid down by law (10 years).

The website runs on the Webflow platform (Webflow, Inc., USA — transfers safeguarded by the EU standard contractual clauses). If you consent to cookies, data may also be processed by providers of analytics and advertising tools (Google, Meta). We do not sell data to third parties.
Only for the period necessary for the given purpose: communications for as long as it takes to handle the enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter, contractual and accounting records for the statutory retention periods, and cookie data according to your consent settings.
You have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, the right to object and the right to withdraw your consent at any time.
