LINEA-D is a Slovak family-owned company from Bánovce nad Bebravou. Since 2000 we have been making solid wood furniture for people who want to feel the material at home, see honest workmanship and know that their decision will serve them for many years.
What to expect from us
A table has to handle an ordinary morning and ten people at dinner. A chest of drawers has to keep things in order and still feel light in the room. A bed has to be beautiful years later. For us, design begins with how the furniture is used.

LINEA-D was founded by Ivan Martin Hlaváč. Today the company is led by his son Alexander Emanuel Hlavac, who together with a team of master craftsmen continues what has defined the company from the start: honest work with solid wood.
How the furniture is made
For us, production is a series of decisions that determine how the furniture will look, work and age.

Choosing the wood and the finish according to the product, the character of the grain and the way it will be used.

Dimensions, function, joints and mechanisms have to make sense before the first sanding.
